Eastern Poland Operational Programme, Priority Axis 1: Entrepreneurial Eastern Poland, Measure 1.2: Internationalisation of SMEs

The project involves comprehensive, individual activities tailored to the Applicant’s needs, aimed at developing and preparing for the implementation of a new business model related to the internationalisation of the company’s operations.

The following activities are planned as part of the project:

1. Participation as an exhibitor at trade fairs: AIoT Korea Exhibition 2023 – South Korea (Seoul); Techno-Frontier 2023 – Japan (Tokyo); International Builders’ Show (IBS) – USA (Las Vegas); BuildTech Asia 2023 – Singapore.
2. Participation in international business missions combined with attendance as a visitor at: South by Southwest (SXSW) 2023 – USA (Austin); Comex IT Show – Singapore; Korea Build 2023 – South Korea (Seoul); Japan IT Week Spring 2023 – Japan (Tokyo).
3. Costs of consultancy services provided by external consultants related to the development of the new business model for the internationalisation of SME activities, as presented in the funding application.
4. Purchase of consultancy services related to preparations for implementing the new business model associated with the internationalisation of the company’s operations.
5. Purchase of services provided by specialised external entities directly related to the implementation of the new business model.

Project Objective:

The aim of the project is to increase the international economic activity of an enterprise from the Eastern Poland macroregion, in particular through comprehensive advisory support designed to assist Netrix S.A. in assessing its internationalisation potential, preparing the company and its offering for export, and actively seeking business partners in order to introduce its products to selected international markets.

The activities planned under the project will enable the Applicant to enter new markets, strengthen the company’s competitive advantage, and contribute to an increase in revenue within a relatively short period of time.
